Schleuniger PreFeeder 1000 MX
The Schleuniger PreFeeder 1000 MX is an universal bench top dereeler designed for constant and tension free dereeling of thin cables (OD 0.4 - 3.5 mm). Due to an electronical control system, which is activated with a pendulum arm, the feed rate automatically adjusts to the actual requirement of any downline machine (e.g. cutting- and stripping machines).

Ulmer ZG400 B2
Prefeeder driven by an electronically controlled servo motor, which is continuously adjustable with two potentiometers. One for the feed speed and the other is set by a control lever touching the material feed. The throughput height is adjustable between 0 and 30mm.

Ulmer SAR 600
The prefeeder SAR 600 is used for tension-free delivery of non-self-restricting cords and strands. It is guaranteed that the cords are delivered to the processing machine without counter-tension. Thus it is impossible that the isolation will lengthen. Coils 150 kg. - diameter 300 - 600 mm.
The coil winder is driven by two track rollers on the outer diameter of the track roller flanges. A frequency-converted three phase motor is used as main drive. The SAR600 is adjusted either by a wire regulation DHS1000D or a dancer roll.
Ulmer Prefeeder SAR 800 -1250
The coil unwinder system SAR was developed as a cable supplier which delivers material from big coils without pulling force. So the isolation hose of the material cannot be damaged. The material coil is lifted up by an pneumatic lift table and positioned by the operator onto the drive shafts. One of the drive shafts can be moved motorized to lift down the coil slowly into the unwinder system. The tapered brackets are pushed into the center holes of the coil to fix it. So also damaged wood and plastic coils can be used. Coils 300 - 600 kg and with a diameter from 800 -1250 mm. Optionally the speed of unwinding can be controlled by the sag control DHS1000D or from a cable accumulator system KSP/LSP. So it is possible to adjust unwinder speed to the production flow individually.
