The direct integration of Exmore’s Crimping Height Meter, Pull-off Force Meter and Micrograph System is the perfect solution to improve the quality of the end product. For direct integration in the production process the 1, 2 or 3 systems are connected with the Exmore press. The measured value is directly send to the base machine and compared with the predefi ned target value. With this integration no entry errors are possible anymore. All measured values are stored in the memory of the Exmore press. These options are available on all Exmore presses.
