Customer Support

Exmore offers an extensive After Sales Support service. This ranges from spares and consumables through to service and training. After Sales Support is provided through our BeNeLux office and our extensive worldwide agent network.

Training

Exmore offer both on-site and off-site training on all Exmore systems. The format of these courses is tailored to suit individual customers’ requirements. Exmore have a training facility available which contain fully functional, current model machines in a simulated production set-up. Up to 4 people can be accommodated at one time. Training sessions will be 1 day and can encompass Operation, Programming, Process, Maintenance and Fault-finding.

Service Support

Exmore provide a telephone and email support service. During normal working hours (8am-5pm BeNeLux) engineers are available to provide technical and process support. Out of hours support, for special projects, is also available by prior arrangement.
