The range of equipment we carry is fairly exhaustive ,although with a clear emphasis on low to medium volume ,but high to very high mix production equipment for surface mount as well as mixed surface /through hole and pure through hole assemblies.

It goes without saying that we are already fully capable of delivering to our customers , all the necessary equipment or upgrades in order to be compliant with the Pb-free ruling ,due to come into force as of july 2006.We can also be of help in implementing this new process technology on site.

• Screen printing
  from simple but accurate hand stencilprinters for prototypes to fully automatic high precision printers...with the stencils and frames that go with it. Also a wide range of the highest quality paste, both Pb-free and non Pb-free, and printable glues.

• Pick & Place
  A comprehensive range of high precision machines,capable of handling all types of components from 0201 to BGA , flipchip and standard LED’s,on one-by-one intelligent feeders.Completely graphical offline programming and fine tuning is not even an option but a standard item. Some machines will handle even far more than 244 different components on the same production run.
• Soldering
  
  • Reflow:
    From small but very effective full convection reflow ,to full nitrogen double sided transport ovens. Even the entry level machines of the reflow range are Pb-free compatible.
  • Vaporphase reflow:
    The technology that takes the sting out of the solder proces. No more worries about profiles or solder times, no precious components and boards lost in time consuming proces setup’s ,no doubts about inert or non-inert atmosphere ,no changeover problems from PB to Pb-free technology and now also available as entry level stand alone to fully in line with or without vacuum.What’s more from the smallest unit to the largest, the quality is absolutely the same.
  • Wave soldering:
    A complete range of modular built machines, from tabletop to unique full-nitrogen machines.Again the whole range is Pb-free and VOC-free compatible.
  • Selective Soldering:
    From entry level, stand alone but high precision miniature wave machines, to fully in-line double and even triple bath systems, as well as laser, hot gas, thermode and robotised solder iron systems.
  • Component Tinning:
    Dip- and wave soldering machines for special component and subassembly or finished assembly soldering, sometimes at very high temperatures upto 550°C . Semi-automatic machines as well as fully automatic and customer made production lines.
  • Consumables:
    All solder wires,bars and fluxes necessary to run the above mentioned processes with the highest possible yields and as problemfree as possible.
• Inspection & Control
  Wave & Reflow process control: Monitoring and calibration of these processes and their production machines is done through an extremely efficient and easy to use device with the appropriate software.It’ll tell you what you want to know about your process when and how you want it. No more guessing!
• Optical inspection
  From simple magnyfying glass technique and miniature handheld camera’s and monitor’s, to "under BGA" inspection using the latest technology available to the medical sector.
• Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
  Everything you dared dream of in a tabletop system but were afraid of to ask about the price. No-stop camera scanning technique in a tabletop system that can be transformed in an in-line system later,and full fledged in-line systems All systems are capable off post paste,post placement,post reflow,post wave and even post coating inspection.
• X-Ray Inspection
  If you really need or want to know what’s happening inside your boards or components, there’s only X-ray to tell you (except for taking the thing apart again) .Available now with easy-to-use software and libraries.
• Coating & Dispensing
  More and more electronic assemblies tend to be used outdoors or in even more electronics-unfriendly environments, so they need to be protected. Our range of selective coating machines ,and the appropriate drying ovens,will let you protect your boards ,with the product of your choice be it acrylic,water,urethane or silicone based,without having to resume to time consuming, ineffective and costly procedures such as manually covering connectors with sticky tape! The same machines can be used for the application of glue, potting,solder mask,heatsink compound,masking fluid etc.
• Automation and Handling
  If you want to transform your machines into a semi- or fully automatic production process,we will be able to help you do it with our modular system. Should the need arise, we can develop and make specials for your specific needs. Also modular labeling and lasermarking units as well as end of the line scouring units feature in our program.
• Component Handling and storage
  Next to a complete line of cutting-bending – cinching and counting devices for taped,sticked, or loose components, we can take care of storing and transporting your products in (a) safe and efficient way(s) amongst others by vacuum packaging.
