Aerospace Harness Test Bench
Modular System for Harness Testing
Concept
- Test bench Frame up to 38.400 TP
- The test bench is usable from both sides
- Exmore has developed innovative solution that is compatible with nearly all adaptations; these include: testing electronic assemblies in wire harnesses, mechanical queries at the connector or labelling wire harnesses. Specific customer requirements, that include direct integration of Exmore adaptation units into a current test models, do not pose any problems.
- The connector cross section is moulded out off a special material and implanted in a top plate made of high-quality material. The connector cross section assures precise adaptation even at a rate of 1,000,000 insertion cycles.
- It is impossible to twist or to interchange the test piece. The pneumatic locking system permits "hands-off-test". The wire harness must not move during the testing procedure.
- Either the testing system automatically releases the adaptation off the connector after testing, or it can be manually released.
