Design and function
The machine is designed to produce five different connector cables.
Product with seals: Wire seals are first positioned onto the wire-ends of a multi-core cable by a seal unit. The conductors are then stripped by a strip unit. A press then makes crimp connections between the conductors, wire seals and terminals using an applicator. Finally a turn unit will orient the terminals and an assembly unit will insert the crimped wire-ends and seals into a connector.
