TM4000

Design and function
The machine is designed to produce crimp connections between terminals and the conductors from a multi-core cable coil. The machine first strips a 4 pole cable coil by pairs of two. This is done using a specially designed cable clamp which can rotate. The machine then crimps four terminals onto the four poles of the cable coil using a pick and place applicator. After crimping, the products are automatically sorted into bad or good products by the transport belt.
