BENCHTOP IDC MACHINE
The BT-IDC is a semi-automatic BenchTop machine equipped with all the necessary functions to process IDC connectors.
A cable clamp holds the hand-fed wires while the cutting unit precisely cuts them to length. A component feeder automatically processes the connectors supplied on trays and positions them for termination with the wires. A servo press simultaneously presses all wires into the IDC-slots to make permanent electrical connections between the conductors and connectors. After completion, the product is transported to the take-out position.
The machine can be upgraded with optional components to improve the process and to integrate quality control into the workflow. This ensures continuous quality and the elimination of bad products from the production flow.
