Design and function

The machine is designed to produce splice connections between a ceramic capacitor, an aluminium capacitor and two single wires. The conductors and capacitors are first loaded into a component carrier. A carrier holder then transports the component carrier into the splicing tool. The splice unit then makes splice connections between the conductors and capacitors.
